BidProof is an AI copilot that helps companies win government tenders without missing a single requirement.
Responding to a tender (RFP) is slow and risky. Documents run to hundreds of pages, and one overlooked mandatory clause, missing certificate or misread deadline can disqualify an otherwise strong bid. In Pakistan, bids also have to comply with PPRA / e-PADS procurement rules. Most AI tools simply draft text and ask you to trust it, BidProof is built to show its work.
What it does
- Reads every sentence. BidProof splits the tender into sections and sentences, then labels each one as a requirement, background or ignored. A coverage check fails the run if any sentence is left unlabeled, so nothing slips through silently.
- Double-checks itself. AI extractors and a rule-based scan for words like "shall," "must" and "required" run in parallel. When they disagree, an adjudicator decides and records why.
- Checks procurement rules. A Pakistan rules pack tests the tender against PPRA / e-PADS requirements, and each finding points to a rule ID and its source clause.
- Compares against real company evidence. Each requirement is matched to the company's own past projects, certificates and records. If no evidence exists, the requirement is flagged as a gap instead of being guessed or invented.
- Drafts the proposal. BidProof writes proposal sections in which every sentence cites the evidence behind it. It also flags vague claims and checks that every number in the draft appears in the cited source.
- Builds a compliance matrix. Every requirement is mapped to a response, or clearly marked as a gap, so the team can see where the bid is strong and where it is weak.
- Keeps a human accountable. Export is blocked until a named approver signs off, and every step is recorded in an audit log.
