Bias Detection and Fairness Auditing

In this project my task was to see loan approvals not just with race , but loan approvals with lots of data I used to approve for loans like race , disability status , employment , criminal records etc

I used EDA , machine learning random forest model and I used jupyter notebook , SQL and python for this,

I actually learned for this first time like why we needed data analyst in banks and lot of challenges I faced like We need to see every record before approving for loan , We need to predict outcomes using model and we need to make sure everyone deserves chances to get loan not getting bias on people like he rich he get the loan and he not rick he not get the loan but we need to make sure that loan gets by checking their background and financial status.
