Inspiration

Our inspiration comes from students who struggle to access quality education, career guidance, and mentorship. We wanted to build an AI-powered platform that helps every student discover the right skills, connect with mentors, and unlock better career opportunities regardless of their background or location.

What it does

EduBridge AI helps students discover personalized learning paths, explore skill-based courses, connect with mentors, identify skill gaps, and find relevant internships and career opportunities. It brings learning and career guidance together in one accessible platform, helping students make smarter decisions about their future.

How we built it

We built EduBridge AI as a responsive web platform using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for the frontend, focusing on a clean, user-friendly experience. The prototype includes a landing page, learning categories, searchable course cards, and interactive elements. Our planned next step is to integrate AI-powered recommendations, a backend, a database, and AWS services such as Amazon Bedrock to deliver personalized learning and career guidance.

Challenges we ran into

One of our biggest challenges was designing a platform that brings learning resources, mentorship, and career opportunities together in one place. We also focused on creating a responsive, user-friendly interface for both mobile and desktop users while planning how to integrate AI recommendations and scalable AWS services in future versions.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are proud to create EduBridge AI, a responsive web prototype designed to connect students with learning resources, mentorship, and career opportunities. We transformed an idea into an interactive platform with a clean interface, searchable learning paths, and a vision to make education and career guidance more accessible through AI.

What we learned

Through EduBridge AI, we learned how to turn a real-world problem into a practical web solution, design responsive user interfaces, and build interactive features using web technologies. We also explored how AI and AWS services could enhance personalized learning, improve career guidance, and make the platform scalable for future growth.

What's next for EduBridge AI

Next, we plan to integrate AI-powered personalized learning recommendations using Amazon Bedrock, build secure user authentication, connect a database, and add real-time internship and mentorship opportunities. We also aim to deploy EduBridge AI on AWS, support multiple languages, and help students worldwide access better learning and career opportunities.
