Inspiration. Volunteering for a blind people NGO, I really understood their problems. I discovered their lack of confidence while making Financial Transactions. That's how I came up with BeyondSight.What it does. It reads out the note denomination when the note is exposed to the sensors. How. Using a PCB, Colour, and IR sensors, Arduino, and a bit of C coding. We built the prototype. Problems. Making it pocket-sized which is a problem we have yet not resolved.Coming second in a national level competition SNUChennai ProjectX for our project. What we learned is how to work with Arduino. We wish to go into Mass production of the product next.
