What it does
Our project converts music files to .FLOW, our custom-designed file format that holds all waveform data in a visual medium to be both preserved and perceived by the user, no ears required!
How we built it
We developed a multi-layer parser to represent digital data not just as a series of bits but as a piece of art.
Challenges we ran into
We ran into algorithm challenges that thwarted processing time and integration.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
Our final algorithm and visual end product, as well as a very clean and professional UI.
What we learned
We learned both new and more efficient ways to handle large and novel datasets, such as apis and large memory instances.
What's next for Bevo Beats
Our next move is to extend integration beyond local device support, such as further API support and iot utilizations.
