✨Objective

The objective of my project is to develop a user-friendly online platform that simplifies legal assistance for individuals in India. It's somwhat an AI Chatbot. The project aims to address the challenges faced by people when seeking legal help, where the process is often time-consuming, complex, and costly.

The primary goal is to empower individuals to handle legal matters independently by providing them with comprehensive resources, simplified explanations of laws, and step-by-step guidance.

In addition, the project aims to streamline the process of connecting individuals with qualified lawyers when professional assistance is required. By leveraging technology and a network of trusted legal professionals, the platform will provide a seamless and efficient way to find and engage with lawyers who specialize in specific legal needs. This will significantly reduce the time and effort needed to access legal support.

🤖 WalkThrough

1. Go to the Site Better Ask Saul

2. The Chatbot will ask you several questions and You have to respond to it as instructed.

3. At the end your whole query will be posted on the site for 72 Hrs.

4. Lawyers can come to this site & Click on Lawyer's Section to see upcoming cases and then can contact the Person.

Isn't it how simple the whole process shud be? I guess Yes!

😵‍💫Challenges we ran into

Some of the key challenges were:

1. Data Accuracy: Ensuring the accuracy of the lawyer database was really a major challenge (ipc codes and all, i have to create a whole dictionary by myself of 500+ sections of the world largest constitution😭). It involved implementing verification processes to provide users with reliable and up-to-date information.

2. User Experience: Creating a seamless user experience was a challenge, I've to ensure every age group of people can easily understand the UI and use this needful site.

3. Legal Compliance: Adhering to legal regulations presented many challenges. It involved understanding and implementing laws.

🚀Idea behind "Better Ask Saul"

The whole concept was derived from a TV-Series called as Better Call Saul, where Saul Goodman is an intelligent and clever lawyer. So I always wanted to fix this irregular law system where people find it difficult to fight against crimes, So I mixed both of them✨
