Inspiration

Our inspiration was the games we play in our lives that we use to socially interact with friends and peers.

What it does

Our game takes anger and frustration out in a non violent, funny way.

How I built it

We coded this in Gamemaker Studio 2, and created the pixel art in Piskel studio.

Challenges I ran into

We ran into a lot of problems creating our own collision detection, as well as trying to figure out how to get animations working properly.

Accomplishments that I'm proud of

We are proud that we finished a game in time which we actually enjoy playing.

What I learned

I learned a lot more on programming in Gamemaker language and also different techniques on Pixel art.

What's next for Beta: Simp Edition

We hope to expand this game to a full-on campaign mode and one day release it on steam.
