Inspiration
I got the inspiration from my mom. My mom suggested that when coming to comments, people pay or spend their time to write replies to comments and analyze what people like or not, so I wanted to make it easier for them because a person has to sleep, and not everybody has the same time zone.
What it does
AINSTA uses Einstein AI and Salesforce AI playground to use the Instagram account link and write replies to all of the customers and engage with them in real time. It will show the owner of the account a weekly comment analysis chart showing negative and positive comments in the chat.
How we built it
I have built it with the help of Salesforce Online AI Playground, and it uses an Instagram account link to have access and comment.
Challenges we ran into
Permitting Instagram to our agent was a challenge, but we have fixed it after trying many times and making our Instagram account more public, the next challenge was to connect our agent but since the hathackon deadline was close, we decided to make it the next step.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We are pleased that we could make our agent's tone as possible to human's so the customer doesn't feel annoyed by the same text that they see.
What we learned
We have learned that focusing on the core basics matters the most without trying to multitask.
What's next for AINSTA
We plan to expand it on different platforms like TikTok, X, and Facebook. To make this version better and secure. Our next biggest step is to connect the agent with Instagram using a third-party software.
