THE PROCESS

  1. Planning and design

We created a plan for how our AI-powered career guidance tool would work. Denisa created wireframes for the user interface, which were then turned into working prototypes by the frontend team - Andreea and Iulia.

  1. Development

Meanwhile, our developers' tasks have been to make API requests, Symfony integration with GPT Chat, and front-end integration with backend that generates job recommendations based on user input.

  1. Project Launch

After extensive testing and refining, we finally reached the moment of truth: the launch. With bated breath, we hit the "publish" button, and now we’re presenting you Berry.

BUSINESS SOLUTION

  1. Employee's Benefits

Berry's AI tool can be licensed to companies as an employee benefit, providing personalized career guidance to improve job satisfaction and productivity. It can also identify internal talent and offer career growth opportunities, creating a more engaged and skilled workforce.

  1. Monetization

Berry could potentially be integrated into job search platforms or recruiting services, providing additional value to job seekers and employers. This could also provide opportunities for monetization through partnerships or referral programs.

  1. Market Insights

Berry could also be used to provide talent mapping and recruitment services, helping companies identify and attract candidates with the skills and experience needed for specific roles or industries. These insights and services could potentially be offered as a subscription-based service to businesses or sold as a data product to third-party vendors or investors.
