Provide Berkeley students with study abroad program reviews to help them choose a program

Inspiration

Studying abroad is scary. Will I enjoy the new place away from home? How are the experiences? Did other students like it?

What it does

Shows reviews from previous UC Berkeley students who have studied abroad. What did they think about the programs they studied in? This allows other students to get a better understanding of what they are getting into.

How I built it

We were inspired by Kintone! Ramen fuels our drive! Georgina guided us through the first steps and handed the reigns over to us! We spent a lot of time on Google because we both do not know how to code in JavaScript; have little knowledge of HTML/CSS

Challenges I ran into

We could not get the CSS to be read in the Localhost:3000.

Accomplishments that I'm proud of

I am proud of our HTML/CSS code! This was my first time coding in this language.

What I learned

Having a good, encouraging teammate helps a person push forward in tough times.

What's next for Berkeley Study Abroad Helper

We want to get the CSS to be read on the Localhost:3000. We want to show the Study Abroad Program what we have made and possibly have them implement it in their system.
