Bengaluru Story: The Untold Journey is a digital storytelling experience that uncovers the lesser-known, deeply historical roots of Bengaluru — a city often associated only with its modern IT identity. This project highlights a rich timeline that spans over 2,000 years, from ancient Roman trade routes and Kempegowda’s visionary city planning to the Tigala community’s enduring Karaga tradition and the city’s colonial transformations.

I chose to focus on Bengaluru not just as a place; it gave life to new adventures, new people, and many lessons. It is a living archive shaped by empires, artisans, scholars, and communities who helped define its identity. By blending historical maps, architectural layouts, cultural legacies, and interactive visuals, our website offers an engaging way to experience the soul of the city.

I am not familiar with hard-coding. When I drafted AI models, it looked simple and fast, but when I decided to bring this to the production level, it truly became a rollercoaster. I rewrote the code many times, checked the logic and dependencies in the environments. After everything comes into place. Github took much time to get live, and then again I made changes to host it in Netlify, after many iterations. I succeeded in bringing life.

But I'll remember this Hackstory journey so closely. Because it allowed me to show respect and Love to the place that gave me many things in my life. Also, to all future generations who'll come from all over the world. This site is the go-to place to know about the real history of Bengaluru, which is beyond IT Hub or Silicon Valley.
