Inspiration

What it does

BenefitsBridge is an intuitive, easy to use website meant to streamline the process of applying for SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program), as the current website is hard to use, slow, and confusing.

How we built it

We built BenefitsBridge using a combination of AI, Programming skills, and hard work.

Challenges we ran into

Some challenges we ran into include our website not working for everyone, our AI assistant not listening to instructions, and some internet issues.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

In the end, we built a whole website by ourselves including an AI chatbot for customer support. In addition, we also built a beautiful slideshow to present it. :)

What we learned

During the development, we learned to host websites on powerful servers, embed AI chatbots into HTML websites, and program the website.

What's next for BenefitsBridge

In the future, we intend to add more user experience features, more languages to help the non-english speakers, and make an automatic emailing system to remind applicants of in person meetings, and much more.
