Inspiration

Shiplan is inspired by Google Scholar. We wanted to create a platform that not only helps users find journals, but also supports the entire research and writing process.

What it does

Shiplan helps users find trusted articles and write more efficiently. Our main features ; Smart Article Editor, Reference Search (Explore) , Calendar & To-Do List, Community Discussion, Shipmeet for collaboration and discussion, Research Project Folder

How we built it

We started by discussing ideas and features, then created wireframes, illustrations, and a prototype in Figma.

Challenges we ran into

Our main challenges in making this project is we had too many ideas, which made it hard to choose the right UI flow and design concept quickly.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We built a working UI and prototype, and designed features we believe are truly helpful for users.

What we learned

In this project, we learned how to plan useful features, work as a team, and build something meaningful.
