Purpose/Inspiration:

We wanted to make it easier for casual buyers and hardcore flippers to find the newest and best value listings for items they want. With Belford-Tip, they can get recurring emails of the newest listings of the items they're looking for, so they're never late for a good deal.

What it does:

Belford-Tip finds the newest listings for items you're looking for and sends you an update every hour, day, week, or minute (for demo purposes).

How we built it:

We built it with Browser Use as the main attraction of the website, which sends agents out to browse offers for us and emails us. We're using the Browser Use SDK, our main language is typescript and we're using Next.js. We're using Supabase for the backend, and Resend for the emails.

Challenges we ran into

Accomplishments that we're proud of:

We're proud that we were able to make a working recurring email that sends us emails of the newest listings.

What we learned:

We learned that the AI can be unpredictable and to never rely on AI to give us the same output every single time.

What's next for Belfort Tips:

Expand to other platforms to expand the search for the user.
