🚧 Challenges We Faced & What We Learned

The Complexity Challenge

We pushed the boundaries of what's possible with Bolt.new, creating a project of unprecedented complexity for the platform. During development, we discovered that BELANCE's advanced multi-agent AI architecture, real-time video integration, and complex subscription management exceeded Bolt.new's current capabilities for full production deployment.

Technical Obstacles Overcome:

  1. Deployment Limitations: After perfecting the app and configuring all integrations (Supabase, Tavus, ElevenLabs, RevenueCat, GitHub, Netlify, Entri/IONOS), we encountered persistent deployment issues with Bolt.new's Netlify integration.

  2. Integration Complexity: Multiple attempts including manual file downloads, GitHub repository uploads, and direct Netlify deployments were unsuccessful due to the project's sophistication.

  3. Strategic Pivot: Rather than simplify our vision, we decided to showcase what we built through accessible demos while maintaining our enterprise-level architecture.

Key Learnings:

  • Innovation Requires Pushing Boundaries: Real breakthroughs happen when you attempt something that's never been done before
  • Resilience Over Perfection: Technical challenges don't invalidate innovation - they prove its revolutionary nature
