Hiring the right people is a problem many HR continue to face. Sometimes the way a a candidate convincing portrays himself during an interview may not be accurate as to who he really is. There has to be a way to find out.
What it does
It uses video, audio and text analysis to determine the performance of an candidate throughout the interviews. It can be with regards to the consistency in what he says to determine whether he is truthful and knowledgeable. Also we can analyse the video and audio recordings to determine his psychological traits.
How I built it
I built a prototype interface using python and flask. It prompts the user a series of questions, taking the answers give by the candidate, it analyses how consistent they are with each other.
Challenges I ran into
Knowledge in machine learning and Natural Language Processing needs to be brushed up.
