Inspiration
Shared albums are where private documents leak by accident. A trip album holds the passport photo taken at check-in, the boarding pass screenshot and the card photographed for a refund claim. Nobody checks 300 photos before pressing Share, and a shared passport number cannot be taken back.
What it does
Before You Share checks one album or folder right before it is shared. It looks for identity documents, payment cards, travel codes, parcel address labels, account screenshots, personal letters and GPS location. It reports each finding by file name and reason, never by content. After the user chooses and the platform approves, it creates a share-ready album or a folder of copies without those items, tags the originals so the next check is quieter, and can save a masked report. An audit mode checks albums that are already shared. Originals are never deleted, moved or edited.
How we built it
Before You Share is a Uliya Skill: one SKILL.md and five Markdown references (detection rules, report format, privacy rules, test plan, disclosure). The parent only delegates to registered experts: photo-agent (ug-photo), file-agent (ug-filesystem, ug-filemgr), document-agent (ug-document) and knowledge-agent (ug-knowledge). Steps 1 to 5 only read, and every state change is its own delegation behind platform approval. The visual check uses the on-device vision model only. The Skill was written with Claude Code (Anthropic) and checked with the static checker of the UGOS Skill Creation Tool 0.7.3: static-pass, 0 errors, 0 warnings.
Challenges we ran into
Useful detection without reading private content. The Skill asks experts for labels, counts and paths only, never for recognised text or identifier values, and the report masks long digit runs in file names.
What's next
As a finalist: run the two core tests and the edge test from the test plan on the assigned NAS with synthetic specimens, tune the keyword list and verdict rules, and record the demo.
