Inspiration

Beex enables office towers or high tech parks manage their tenants as one community that shares the same interests and can be serviced through the building nonprofitable spaces and our platform.

What it does

The office tower owner converts unprofitable spaces into beexes rooms - Rooms that can service the entire community. We support 7 type of rooms with complimentary providers: Courses, Spa, Wellness, Personal Advisors, Local Fairs, Beauty salon, Gallery. Once these rooms are set we approach all the HRs or the company managers within his building and let them choose the best experiences for their employees. The HR will automatically get 15% discount. They can buy a higher discount for their employees.

Our system will send each week to all the employees emails or to their other internal communication platform to enjoy the coming week beexes. Once the employees are in, we start learning their preferences in term of time and type of experience they prefer. We constantly contact only highly recommended providers and invite them to become platform providers. Beex unique AI (at development) will analyze, the user's preferences, the building space availability and the best providers available. It will construct for each tenant a unique personalised experiences platform.

The platform enables 4 type of users to bring amazing value to each other:

The building owner - They can now make better usages for their unprofitable spaces. They will generate 5% of platform revenues in their building.

The HR company managers - They can bring amazing value to their employees. They become highly appreciated professionals as they can bring amazing value to their employees at no effort. They become more appreciated employers and improve their ability to bring and maintain a great workforce.

The users, the tenants - They can improve their personal lives, they can now learn new things, do more sports, get advisory on complicated issues like insurance, pensions, mortgages and much more for much less....

The providers - They can now create amazing clients and be more stable in their incomes as we take care for them on their biggest problems: Real estate, marketing, and payment processing.

Our business model is going to be 10% commision from all activities, According to various assumptions that is a 200$ per user per year!!!

Creating the best data structure and preference for the users To construct the UX that can maximize the potential of the business case we are addressing. To create an integrative data structure that can be analysed from different aspects: best building performance, predicting market demand. Understand the users best experiences listing. To build a scalable data structure. To create a flow less user experience that can handle a frictionless experience purchase processes.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We have 2 running first pilots with prestige real estate players in Israel. All the biggest Real Estate players in Israel and some internationals want to process a beta with us. We have built an amazing tech team that enjoy working together and are passionate about the potential of what we do.

What we learned

Beex platform has the potential of disrupting the entire commercial real estate model. By making it a community enabler. We enable it a new business model - not to sell or lease their assets but to make money from the content in them the beexes that run on them. The office tower can be a much better business enabler for it tenants and other related providers.
Our go to market will be the 51 million office employees in the US. They consume each year average 2000$ per year on experiences that can purchase through our platform. That is a 101 billion $ market and a whole new business opportunity for the real estate world.
Our platform would work amazingly also for other verticals like residential, collages and elderly housing. But we must be first very focused on the commercial environment as our go to market.
