Inspiration
A lot of Field Service Technicians spend a good portion of their time on repetitive administrative tasks. They can be frustrating and also put more stress on them because the time is missing solving problems of the customer. Seeing the possibilities with Salesforce Agentforce inspired me to use the technology to give Service Technicians a tool to easily solve these tasks.
What it does
I created the Backoffice Agent “Becca” which helps with these daily administrative tasks. With voice input the Field Service Technician can easily describe his actions and what “Becca” should do. No need to look for apps or extra files.
What's next for Becca the Backoffice Agent
The voice input in the Salesforce App is now quite basic. It would be better if the interface was more responsive and would also give the answers as sound. Also great would be when the input device was not the mobile phone, but the watch or smart glasses.
