Inspiration - As a makeup artist with 12 years of experience, I built Romania’s first mobile beauty salon, created a professional agenda used across the industry, and launched a cosmetics brand.

Despite this, I couldn’t access international premium clients due to legal complexity. When I had to decline a $12,000 wedding project in Dubai because I didn’t understand visa and tax rules, I realized millions of talented professionals are blocked not by skill, but by compliance barriers.

What it does - BeautyBridge.pro is an AI platform that connects beauty professionals to premium global opportunities.

It matches professionals with clients, analyzes portfolios, explains match scores, provides legal guidance for cross-border work, and generates required documents. All steps are connected in one workflow, from opportunity discovery to compliance and execution.

How we built it - The platform was built using Google AI Studio and the Gemini 3 API.

Gemini is used for transparent AI reasoning, real-time legal research via Google Search, multimodal portfolio analysis, long-context legal synthesis, and location guidance. The application is deployed publicly on Google Cloud Run.

Challenges we ran into - The main challenge was handling complex, fast-changing international regulations across many countries.

Another challenge was ensuring AI outputs were specific and actionable, not generic. We also focused on making multiple AI capabilities feel like one cohesive product.

Delivered a polished, production-ready demo within hackathon time

What we learned - We learned that transparency in AI decisions builds trust, and that long-context reasoning and real-time data are critical for legal use cases.

Most importantly, combining AI capabilities creates far more value than using them in isolation.

What's next for BeautyBridge.pro - Next, we plan to onboard a small group of real beauty professionals and test BeautyBridge.pro on live international projects.

We will validate legal accuracy across multiple country pairs and refine portfolio analysis based on real booking outcomes. The goal is to move from demo to a trusted professional tool.
