Inspiration
The inspiration behind this project stems from the belief that everyone, regardless of their abilities or disabilities, should have equal access to the internet and the wealth of information and services it offers. Unfortunately, individuals with disabilities often face significant challenges when it comes to accessing the web. This can be due to a variety of factors, such as physical impairments, cognitive limitations, or technological barriers.
Our goal with this project is to help bridge this digital divide by creating a web app that is specifically designed to be accessible and user-friendly for individuals with disabilities. We hope that by making it easier for people with disabilities to access the web, we can help empower them to live more independent, connected, and fulfilling lives.
What it does
Beauty Spa is a cosmetics shopping web app designed with web accessibility in mind, featuring features like screen reader compatibility, keyboard navigation, high color contrast, and alternative text for images. It also includes a chatbot for easy access to information and support. This make shopping now easy for everyone.
