Beatster is an app that acts as a music matching service. With Beatster, consumers will use their smartphone's microphone to input a 10-second sample of music. The app will use an algorithm to analyze the track's acoustic fingerprint and match it to a database of music, thus, outputting a list of search results with music tracks that are truly audibly similar to the human ear. The difference between Beatster and other music matching services - Music Genome Project (Pandora), Spotify, Songza, etc., is that Beatster uses an algorithm and automatically matches the music, rather than having humans do it for you, or, when computers are used, give you music simply based on artist, genre or decade.

I'm looking for a team that is knowledgable of music and sound, and is capable of creating a basic algorithm or code that can match basic music sounds.
