Inspiration

I am intrigued by the stock market, and wanted to create a game that can measure one's acumen in investing

What it does

Keeps track of how many days in a row you can choose a stock that outperforms the market.

Figuring out YQL to get stock data from yahoo

What I learned

Linking user interaction on a webpage to server side data manipulation.

What's next for Beat The Market

iOS app hopefully coming soon! Also, updated UI for the website. Right now it is purely a functional game, very utilitarian.
