Inspiration

I wanted to test how far AI could push comedic storytelling without losing cinematic quality. The idea of a confused bathroom bear accidentally becoming a grooming influencer felt ridiculous enough to stand out, yet grounded enough for a real brand.

What I Learned

Comedy works best when timing, framing, and character reactions are precise.

AI tools can hit that level as long as every shot is heavily directed.

Product clarity matters. Re-creating packaging cleanly is harder than animating a bear.

How I Built It

Designed all shots in a live-action style using AI image generation.

Built the bear performance through iterative character posing and expression control.

Used a multi-tool workflow for motion, lip-sync, steam effects, and camera movement.

Re-composited everything in an editing timeline to match the pacing of a real commercial.

Challenges

Keeping the bear expressive without breaking realism.

Getting the bottle text sharp while staying faithful to the brand’s packaging.

Maintaining shot continuity when each AI generation behaves like a different actor.

Outcome

A polished, brand-ready micro-ad that blends humor, character performance, and cinematic AI filmmaking into a short, scroll-stopping piece.
