Inspiration
While brainstorming the ideas for our project, we determined the importance of effective communication. Using vague or unclear words slows down productivity and distracts from ideas.
What it does
Using Cloud Speech, Bear Minimum Speech Assistant transcribes your voice recording into text in order to keep track of vague or unclear words. The user receives a signal from the application each time he/she says an undesired word based on the comparison with an existing list of the dead words.
How I built it
The project is divided into two components. First component transcribes an existing recording into text using Google Cloud Speech; second component incorporates Sphinx 4 live stream recording to identify a key word in real time.
