Beacon is platform which use twitter realtime api to get crime image/videos, to point the accurate geolocation using a RL trained Qwen 4B VL

beacon LLM is a VLM which learned geolocation through geodesic tightening

basically the rewards are given to enable the model to learn country -> region -> city

this is an inspiration taken from geo-guessers

How we built it

RL on Qwen3 4B (PPO) trained on google street view SF crime data
