Inspiration: Many people and organizations are passionate about making a positive impact on the environment and society. So building web pages dedicated to green development allows them to contribute to this cause .Personal passion and belief in the importance of environmental conservation are strong motivators.
What it does: These web pages may advocate for environmental causes and raise awareness about critical issues such as deforestation, pollution, plastic waste deposition and conservation efforts. They might provide updates on ongoing environmental campaigns and encourage visitor engagement.
How we built it: Determined the purpose and goals of our web page like what do you want to achieve with it and Who is our target audience? Now we have created a content strategy that outlines the topics, resources, and information you'll provide on the web page. After that, Planned the site structure and navigation to ensure visitors can easily find the information they need. Also we will help users to build their social profile by providing badges based on their work done and their performances.
Challenges we ran into: some challenges we ran into during the development and maintenance of our web page is content generation, resource availability, technical challenges related to functionality, content updates etc..
Accomplishments that we're proud of: some accomplishments that can be sources of pride are awareness and Education. Creating content that has a real impact, whether it's through inspiring action, or advocating for positive change, is a reason to be proud of your web page's mission. Sustaining your web page's impact and influence over the long term, despite challenges and changing trends, is a significant achievement in itself .Finally personal fulfillment and a sense of purpose can be some of the most rewarding accomplishments.
What we learned: Some lessons that individuals and teams learn through this process is Content Creation Skills, Web Development and Design, Problem-Solving ,Global Awareness and personal growth.
What's next for be_ the_ change: we can extend our project further by adding some more things like developing a mobile app version to reach a broader audience and provide on-the-go access to sustainability resources. Continuously gathering feedback from users and conducting user surveys can inform future developments and improvements to meet user needs.
