Inspiration

We each have had our own journey of overcoming internal blocks of doubt, lack of confidence etc. We wish that younger women & POC would have opportunities & resources to build this inner foundation of belonging that is essential to our thriving in the world & stepping into our full power. We also recognize the power of community & believe that if this work was done in community, it would make people feel less alone and compliment the outer resources Leading Learners provide very nicely.

What it does

We designed an app for college women, people of color (POC), and professionals in STEM to supercharge the impact of Leading Learners resources. The platform engages users in conversation, deepens their relationship within and builds community.

How we built it

We built it in Figma.

Challenges we ran into

Time constraints!! Being able to build out all of the ideas we had. Non-technical & technical team members wishing they had the skills and more knowledge of code to build out a more comprehensive product.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Working very well together, we have a beautiful looking prototype, finishing the project & not being ‘perfect,’ the impact we believe this could have.
