Inspiration

Everyone loves to solve murder mysteries, right! So, yeah, we thought let's make a murder mystery quiz and see WHO IS THE SHERLOCK AMONG US!

What it does

As the name suggests, you need to be smart enough to solve the murder mysteries and mind you, you have a timer running. The one who takes less time and solves more mysteries is the SHERLOCK.

How we built it

BeTheSherlockAmongUS is a web-based quiz app. It is built on ReactJS and for backend, we have used Google's Firebase. The web-app is deployed on Netlify.

Challenges we ran into

Integrating firebase with ReactJS was a bit challenging for us. It was our first time working with Firebase in ReactJS.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

As said earlier, Integrating firebase with ReactJS was challenging for us and we didn't gave up and then were successful integrating. We're proud of our self that we didn't gave up and continued hustling.

What we learned

We learned a lot about working with ReactJS and Firebase.

What's next for Be the sherlock among us!

The web-quiz still has many loop holes, we would like to fix them and yes, right now they are only 5 murder mysteries in the game. In later updates, we would love to add more mysteries and make the quiz more interesting.
