BCG Growth-Share Matrix

Inspiration

As our team has a background in marketing, we decided that it would be beneficial for teams and especially companies, to be able to collaborate when deciding upon which product/service should be invested upon. The focus of this is made for teams to be able to incorporate everyone's opinions and feedback in order to make a rational decision.

What it does

The BCG Growth-Share Matrix is a market analysis tool that helps company employees work together in their decision making process. Our template allows teams to work through a series of three steps from compiling a list of products/services on a whiteboard, to categorizing each product/service into a matrix, and determining what product/service to keep, sell, or invest in.

How we built it

We built this template through simple ideation, wireframing, and designing of the template through Jira Whiteboards.

Challenges we ran into

After understanding how to use Jira Whiteboards for our first submission, we ran into no challenges!

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are very proud of ourselves for being able to navigate the Jira Whiteboards platform with ease, and to be able to create templates for teams and businesses that improve the productivity of their meetings and decision making process.
