Enterprise RFQ process by the procurement team
What it does
Allows enterprise employees to create procurement request with past reference data and select suppliers and also guide the users to be compliant for the enterprise procurement rules. Send the generated procurement request to manager for approval and then send to suppliers to submit their quotation for evaluations by the procurement teams.
How we built it
Using LangChain and RAG to access past suppliers, procurement and orders data. Using OpenAI api to guide the users to genereate the procurement request and submit to manager for approval.
