Inspiration

As BAU students, we experienced how difficult it can be to find lecture slides, assignments, previous questions, academic guidance, and important contacts when they are scattered across different platforms and groups. We wanted to solve this problem by creating one organized academic space for BAU students. That idea led us to build BAU ScholarHub.

What it does

BAU ScholarHub is an all-in-one academic platform for BAU students. It provides: -Lecture slides and academic resources of all faculty level wise -Assignments and study materials -Previous CT and final examination questions with course-wise and faculty-wise analysis -Contributor & CR contact information -Senior counselling and guidance -AI-powered lecture slide summaries -Contributor badges to encourage students to share resources -Research paper publication per year details

Event dates & schedule of clubs in bau, scholarship guidelines and alumni information of that scholarship holder

How we built it

We built BAU ScholarHub using Google Antigravity, combined with our own ideas, creativity, and problem solving. We designed the platform around the actual academic needs of BAU students and focused on making the interface simple, useful, and student friendly.

Challenges we ran into

One of our main challenges was the limitation of the Google Antigravity subscription, which restricted us from adding some of the advanced features we had planned. We also could not implement a complete login and sign-up system with user-specific access within the available resources and development limitations. Despite these constraints, we focused on maximizing the available tools and successfully built the core features of BAU ScholarHub.

## Accomplishments that we're proud of We are proud that we transformed a common student problem into a practical digital solution. Instead of creating just another resource repository, we built a platform that combines resources, analysis, AI assistance, guidance, communication, and student contribution in one place.

What we learned

This project taught us that building a useful product is not only about technology it is about understanding real users and solving their problems. We learned about AI-assisted development, UI/UX design, information organization, problem-solving, teamwork, and turning creative ideas into a functional product.

What's next for BAU ScholarHub

We want to continuously improve BAU ScholarHub by expanding its resource collection, improving AI-powered academic assistance, adding smarter question analysis, increasing student contributions, and introducing more features based on student feedback. Our vision is to make BAU ScholarHub a complete digital academic companion for every BAU student.
