Inspiration

I wanted to make a party game full of laughs. Something silly but slightly competitive.

What it does

Drop in the caves and survive. Traverse the dark caverns, find loot and make it to the surface.

How we built it

I spent some time experimenting with having fun with Geo Nodes in blender to make the caves. messed around with AI texturing to add a little flare to my 3d models, and a lot of code blocks.

Challenges we ran into

one challenge I ran into was figuring out how to incorporate IWPs successfully. Another was keeping track of the number of player variables

Accomplishments that we're proud of

I'm proud of the work i've been doing in blender with geo nodes, along with my progress in game development.

What we learned

I've learned many modeling and texturing tricks in blender. I spent more time understanding storing items in list with code.

What's next for Battle Slime Cave Survival

I plan on adding aim assist more weapons and more enemies firstly. Then I would like to add other power types and new maps.
