This app consists of a few basic math problems to challenge individual's brain speed in answering these short basic questions.

Inspiration

Our Inspiration for our project solely came from our drive and passion to participate in our very first programming hackathon, my team and I thought we were ready to solve some challenges in our programming career. This was our very first Hackathon ever attended and we are very satisfied with our results. We look forward to participating in many more hackathons like this in the future.

What it does

Our Project is a simple Quiz app, that prompts the user for the correct answers to a few simple Math problems. This app is to check the brain speed in answering these simple math problems.

How we built it

We used our prior knowledge in HTML, CSS, and js to help us create our very first app ever. We used the software VS CODE to conduct our programming code and run our program.

Challenges we ran into

Some of the challenges that we endured during this long excursion of coding was that we took a lot of time to select which IDE and languages to use. We also had a lot of problems with running our code on VS Code, but thanks to the zoom studious provided by TreasureHacks2.0 we were able to figure it out. In addition, to that we had a lot of runtime errors and UIE problems as the format that we expected took a while to become what we want. Lastly, the biggest problem that we faced was time as we are up until the last second to complete and submit our project.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are very proud that this is our very first hackathon, we are happy we could put to use our prior knowledge in coding to good use. We have been prepping to learn a few coding languages over the past summer as well as this school year. This is the moment we have been waiting for. Our team is very happy about our results and can't wait to participate in many more hackathons in the coming future.

What we learned

We learned a lot of new things, we found the best apps to do our coding through. We also got a good pointer from the workshops offered through this hackathon from TreasureHack2.0. We are could put into practice what we learned in the workshops.

Next Time we will create an advanced basic math app with a larger scope of audience and more questions
