We are inspired by the problems facing the donations economy even beyond pandemics.

What it does

Banq ensures transperacy in the donations economy by leveraging on blockchain technology.

How we built it

We built our platform with amazing technologies like react, strapi, EOSIO, ant design and amongst others.

Challenges we ran into

We ran into alot of challenges from the eccentric power supply to limitation in the ability to go to places with better electricity, some technical issues and others.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are about building the world's first truly decentralized donations banking platform and it's a journey we'll keep pursuing.

What we learned

Production settings, team work, professionalism, entrepreneurship, brainstorming amongst others.

We keep developing till we build it.

I worked on the frontend.

it is really an awesome experience working with the team.

I worked on the smart contract, where I was able to leverage my knowledge of C++.

This would be my first encounter with the Blockchain technology so the learning curve was extremely steep, as expected, but thankfully, I was able to pick it up quickly.

I also enjoyed working with my teammates on this.

I worked in the user interface and user experience. fintech was one niche I have been looking forward to exploring. I employed my knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, user research and of course design skills to come up with this.

I also had a wonderful time working with my teammates.
