Inspiration
We have been customers of Banorte and other different banks, we think there's always something to improve for the whole community to be better. We are inspired by mobile applications, and we as team a team are looking fill the gap of confussion between the customer and the bank when going online. At the moment we heard about the project we started thinking about ways to solve the problem
What it does
We did a whole planification for both short and long term, we propose not only new features for the mobile applications but for the full process of been a custromer, as we think the roots of the customers leaving is not only application but ratherthe barriers fora young customer to join. that's why we proposed an update on UI with our own design, our ideas on credit accounts availabitly for young adults and new ways to approach the segment of the market that Banorte is currently losing
How we built it
We built the desgin for the Ui in Figma, the "Senor Banorte" with Python, dialogflow, and json archives. Implemented passsport to manage the gogle calendar and also for gogle wallets
Challenges we ran into
Integration of the full idea to actuallly be reachable and good for the customer to be actually involved in Banorte
