Align Money- Banking as a Benefit

We enable employers to offer a new benefit "Banking as a Benefit" for employees to help them reduce financial stress. Employees can quickly send and receive money and also pay lenders instantly.

Inspiration - $300B lost in employee productivity due to financial stress and the global trend of hiring employees without location barrier due to changing circumstances

What it does - Allow employees to open a wallet and send or receive money while they accept loan offers from any global lenders and payoff loan premiums instantly to keep the fees low.

How I built it Build on the Salesforce platform and integrated with multiple 3rd path APIs for KYC and employment certification. Web based app building with Angular JS

Challenges I ran into We initially started with integrating with Bank open API, but it was too complex and caused many compliance headaches to move money

What I learned Handling money is complex and regulations can be painful. Using a platform that is managing all the complexity behind APIs is beter

What's next for Banking As A Benefit - Product launch to allow global employees, global employers and global lenders to coordinate on one platfiorm
