Mission Statement:

Banimals stuffed baby animals are here to enhance your creativity and fill your hearts with love.

Business Model:

Sells to consumers and possibly other businesses that sell stuffed animals or art-related stuff.

Target Markets:

Would ideally sell to artists and people that are into collecting stuffed animals.

Marketing Plan:

To market my business to customers, I will start a social media page for it so that more people notice it in their feed. I will also update the website so that it is more appealing to customers that are looking at it. I will also provide samples of my products to bigger businesses so that more people can learn about my business.

Business Goals:

In a couple of years, I would want my business to be bigger than what it is currently and be able to compete with rival companies that produce similar products to mine such as Squishmallows. I would also want employees to help my business run down the line and I would want to be able to start producing merchandise as part of my products as well.

Financing:

I will probably need to get a business loan of $5,000 to give me some money to get supplies for the stuffed animals such as yarn, needles, looms, etc.

Operations:

I would try to tie my business up with a shipping company like FedEx or Amazon to help me send my products to customers. To get the work of making the products done in my business, I would set up a schedule that any employees that I have would have to follow.

Hiring Employees:

Currently, I am not planning on hiring any employees until my business becomes better known and I get more customers however once I achieve this goal, I plan on hiring around 5 employees in the beginning. One of them would be expected to know HTML, CSS, Javascript to be able to help me manage the website, two would be expected to know how to knit to help me make the stuffed animals, one would need to have an accounting background to help me with the profits and money that I get from the business, and one would manage the orders that I get.

Lifestyle Design:

Being the business owner of this operation, I would be able to set aside 12-24 working hours each week for the website. This would include taking down the orders, making the animals, and maintaining the website and profits.
