Mobile application :

It contains three interfaces :

  • An interface for booking a ticket
  • Interface for tracking file status
  • A complaints interface with the ability to take a photo, With the possibility of notification about the arrival of your turn
    Web App :

Dashboard contains Stats about the application In addition to controlling the status of deposited files As well as the answer to complaints

Challenges we ran into

- Time management
- Corona prevented us from going to the municipality and inspecting the problems on the spot Therefore, we contacted them several times remotely
- The lack of capabilities and equipment needed to work on the fourth axis, which deals with smart waste, and therefore we have prepared a financial and strategic plan to work on the fourth axis in the next locality

Accomplishments that we're proud of

First, we are very proud to participate in this competition organized by several prestigious organizations Second,We are very proud of our contribution to finding solutions that would serve the country's municipalities and advance municipal services.

What we learned

What's next for Baladyti smart

iot + Ai :

  1. Smart waste: Administration of municipality : can track their bins in real time by simply logging into our platform From real-time monitoring of container fill level to optimization of collection routes (using graph theory, the system can optimize waste collection with the shortest path), Through a Dashboard the employee has access to all data related to the trash. We can also improve the quality of collection service by using machine learning (Predict the probability of the level of waste in the bins and predict the appropriate time to pass in order to facilitate the work for the employer) → Segmentation of bins and target areas → time optimization for Collecting waste. → Reduce the number of trucks sent and the quantity of gasoline used.
    • Position detection of the garbage collection truck → Notify the citizen when it is time to exit the garbage collection truck
