Inspiration

This is a bit of a raunchy rap song but I wanted to make it very consumable and soften the feel so I made it about baking cakes in a Wes Anderson style quirky hotel.

What it does

it gets you up to dance!!

How we built it

I used a variety of AI tools to accomplish this music video.

1. Suno to craft the song, I wrote the lyrics with ChatGPT assisting in the rhyming cadence.
2. Then, I mastered it using SoundBoost.AI.
3. I created the images in Midjourney.
4. Animating the images using both Midjourney video and Hailuo's Minimax.
5. I then stripped the voalcs using Voice.AI.
6. I then created lip synced video for the verses using Hedra Labs.
7. I then used Capcut to edit the video and add an audio track for sound effects for the intro.
8. Finally, I upscaled the music video using Topaz Labs.

Challenges we ran into

One of the major challenges I encountered with the production of this one was syncing the beat to help the bass come to the forefront. I also wanted to ensure that I had key scenes to trigger for keywords in the song but with such a fast cadence it was challenging.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

I love the look and feel of this music video, the intro really helps set the music video up to be unique I feel.

What we learned

That taking my time and letting the production aspect be where I spend the most time can really pay off!

What's next for Bake My Cake

I'd love to do a sequel track and continue to build this colorful universe.
