Study Sage

As TAs, we are very familiar with the challenges of explaining complicated topics. One particularly powerful method of teaching is through visuals, which is emphasized by the success of 3blue1brown's explainer videos. His style, animations using a custom programming language called 'manim' has spread far beyond his channel, but the high barrier of entry prevents most people from using it's animations. Our project, Study Sage, uses a generative AI agent to plan, optimize, write, and render a several minute animation on any topic. We could imagine people using our project to optimize their own learning, helping to make any topic engaging and let everyone learn better
