Bagana AI Content Scale is an agentic AI platform designed to help businesses, creators, and agencies scale their content strategy using structured, data-driven workflows.

Instead of generating isolated content, the platform:

  3. generates multi-channel content strategies
  4. provides execution-ready workflows

How we built it

We built Bagana AI using an agent-based architecture, where multiple AI agents collaborate to simulate real-world strategic thinking processes.

Key components:

  1. Trend Analysis Engine Processes market signals and identifies emerging patterns
  2. Sentiment Analysis System Evaluates tone, audience perception, and potential risks
  3. Content Planning Engine Structures ideas into actionable content strategies
  4. Workflow Orchestrator Connects outputs into step-by-step execution pipelines

Development approach:

  1. Rapid prototyping (MVP-first strategy)
  2. Integration of LLM APIs via modular architecture
  3. Use of AI development tools (Cursor, OpenRouter)
  4. Iterative testing using real-world use cases
