As college students, we constantly deal with the small frustrations of dorm life, like losing one of our socks in the laundry and finding someone else’s instead. That everyday problem inspired us to build a simple yet powerful platform that directly connects seekers (those who’ve lost something) with finders (those who’ve discovered it).
A seeker can describe their lost item through a voice-based AI call or by filling out a short manual form. Finders nearby receive instant notifications whenever something is reported missing. If they locate the item, they can share a photo, mark it as handed over to a police station, or chat directly with the seeker to arrange a return. Successful returns are rewarded with a bounty motivating honesty, collaboration, and a stronger sense of community.
