Inspiration: I was inspired by the challenge of balancing life as a busy influencer while pursuing my first love: storytelling. Justina, my main character, embodies this struggle — a content creator who has lost touch with the creative passion that originally drove her. The project explores how AI can enhance storytelling without replacing the human voice, highlighting the tension between algorithm-driven content and authentic creative expression.
What I Learned: Through this project, I learned how to integrate multiple AI tools seamlessly while keeping the story emotionally grounded. I discovered the importance of pacing, voice, and visuals in conveying humor, heart, and personal growth within a short narrative.
How I Built It: I combined AI tools and creative techniques to bring Justina’s journey to life: ElevenLabs for voice synthesis CapCut for editing and post-production Dzine for image creation Dzine, Pixverse, and Vidu for video generation Sync.so and DreamFace for precise lip-syncing ChatGPT and Gemini for script writing and prompt creation
Scenes were storyboarded to ensure narrative clarity, with dialogue capturing Justina’s witty yet introspective personality.
Challenges: Balancing AI-assisted production with human creativity was a major challenge. It was tempting to lean heavily on AI, but I had to constantly ensure the story, character, and emotional impact remained fully human. Managing time while juggling multiple projects added an extra layer of complexity.
