Have the companies to post a personal call back number that when a person does not answer the call it will ring back to their phone with a $1.00 per call fine. This way it will be annoying and expensive to the person and company that intiated the call. It has always been the best policy that if you want to get action, hit them in the pocketbook..and give them a dose of their own medicine.
