Inspiration

We wanted to make a simple yet fun and addicting style of gameplay, we are taking advantage of the recent boom of 8-Bit style independent games. Our vision is to make it as addicting and thrill inducing as possible.

What it does

How we built it

We made it on GameMaker using both coding and "drag n' drop" functions.

Challenges we ran into

We started on Unity but ran into many problems due to several glitches, we decided to scale-down the production to an 8-bit game.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Making a full playable game in 24 hours, coming up with an interesting gameplay concept.

What we learned

We learned that sometimes it is better to go for smaller challenges to not get overwhelmed.

What's next for Babylon

We want to remake it using the Unity engine, adding features like character customization and online play.
