Inspiration

I have a friend who a couple of years ago gave birth to a baby, over time her baby began to have seizures, her baby was diagnosed with west syndrome (children's spasms syndrome), when she took the baby to the doctor, the neurologist asked her, to record every day in a notebook the amount of seizures or spasms the baby suffered.

What it does

She told me about the baby's disease and decided to help her by facilitating the task of registering the baby's seizures, also generates a report and allows her to add alerts when giving the baby medicine

How I built it

I was learning to use flutter so I asked her to explain what she was recording of the seizures. so I decided to make an application using dart and flutter with firebase

Challenges I ran into

my challenge was to generate the report in pdf since she needed to visualize it, later she wanted to be able to send it by whatsapp to her neurologist

Accomplishments that I'm proud of

I feel proud because her neurologist asked her to include certain relevant data to analyze the baby's seizures.

What I learned

I learned that an app can facilitate the tasks to be done when you are sick or have a sick family member or friend

What's next for BABYCARE

What follows in the mobile application is to advertise and help many people. in fact I already took the first step and uploaded the application to google play this week. I'm waiting for Google to approve the approval
