Inspiration

Navigating Azure services can be daunting, especially for startups and new developers. We wanted to create a fun, engaging way to simplify this journey and make cloud mastery accessible to everyone.

What it does

AzureSensei is your AI-powered buddy for mastering Azure. It provides smart tips, cost-saving hacks, and easy, step-by-step guidance tailored to your needs, making cloud learning fun and straightforward.

How we built it

We scraped all the Azure docs for various Azure services and stored this knowledge in Azure Cosmos MongoDB, transforming it into a vector database. When users interact with the application, it queries this database to provide necessary answers. We used Streamlit, Python, and Azure Cosmos DB for the tech stack.

Challenges we ran into

One of the main challenges was ensuring AzureSensei could handle the wide range of queries users might have about Azure. We also worked hard on prompt engineering to make the bot's responses both informative and entertaining. Ensuring the accuracy and relevance of responses while keeping them engaging was a significant hurdle.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We're proud to have developed a tool that demystifies Azure for users. AzureSensei makes cloud computing approachable and enjoyable, helping users confidently navigate and utilize Azure services.

We learned the importance of combining technical accuracy with a friendly, engaging user experience. Making complex information accessible and fun is key to user engagement and learning.

What's next for AzureSensei

Next, we plan to expand AzureSensei's knowledge base, incorporating even more Azure services and features. We also aim to enhance its interactive capabilities, making it an even better companion for cloud enthusiasts. Additionally, we plan to publish AzureSensei as an AI-as-a-Service (AIaaS) chatbot, allowing even more users to benefit from its capabilities.
