I would like to Add an Idea about Ayurveda, one of the oldest treatment methodology in the world.
Covid 19 seems to be affecting people with less immunity compared to the ones who has higher immunity.
Here are the few recommendations from my side for Increasing immunity through Ayurveda and Yoga
Drink Herbal Tea, made from Basil, Cinnamon, Black Pepper, Dry Ginger, and Rasin once or twise a day. Add only natural sugar or fresh lemon for taste.
Golden Milk : Half Tea spoon Turmeric powder in 150 ml hot milk once or twice a day.
How I built it
Ayuurveda helps in increasing immunity and Yoga keeps you healthy. we need to focus on certain yoga exercises which improves lungs capacity and avoid throat deceases.
Challenges I ran into
creating awareness of these methodologies are the major challenges.
Accomplishments that I'm proud of
Keeping my family and friends healthy throughout this time across the world using these techniques.
What I learned
There is nothing better than the feeling of being healthy and the happiness it can give to your family and friends.
