AylluK'urama - T2 #HackTechCOVID

Inspiration

My dream was to always participate in a social event. My greatest wish is to support with my knowledge, to be able to create technology that allows solving society's problems. At the same time, achieve better quality in my country and in the world. This project was inspired by the problems my country is currently facing against the coronavirus. The contagion curve grows every day, that's why it is our main problem. The main causes are the lack of information from COVID-19, communication with authorities, digitization of documents, responsiveness of authorities, prevention against corruption.

What it does

Faced with this problem, see discusses the following proposal: Aylluk’umara, aims to be a main support tool for the Police and a communication tool for the citizen with the authorities. For this reason, 2 modules are proposed: Citizen user, police user. The citizen user has 4 functionalities: the first allows the request of a pass extension for the transit of important workers who require it. The second proposes the digitization of personal documents. What promotes zero contact and a more digital country. The third option allows citizens to alert their authorities to a dangerous situation. Who will be notified to the police of their corresponding district AND the last one a user profile, where they can change their password, access frequent questions. The second user, the police as the first functionality. It allows you to automate the control of society and apply the 11 types of sanctions that exist in Peru. The second option promotes the digitization of personal police documents, the third allows the location by district of citizens who request emergency calls from the SOS , the fourth a profile that allows you to change your password, log out, and access numbers in the app.

How I built it

A study was made of the main problems in Peru, which generate the increased spread of COVID19. After that, proposals and background were sought. Later, he began to make proposals. Then we made a demo design of all the screens using the Sketch, later. We carry out surveys of our main users. Police and citizen, gave us comments. And we take into account your suggestions. All this work was possible, by my team. We support each other, in research, design, knowledge. We managed to work and apply the scrum framework, for the effectiveness of our proposal.

Challenges I ran into

The challenges I mainly encountered was the constant improvement of teamwork. Since for my colleagues it was the new Scrum framework. It was a pleasure to teach and I have a pleasant experience. Subsequently, another difficulty was in finding solutions to the problems of our country, for which we had the maximum support from each of the members. Also, it was of great importance. That our users, the police and citizens give us their opinion for the continuous improvement of our app.

Accomplishments that I'm proud of

My maximum achievement was an excellent team. All motivated by volunteer work to help have a better country. Contribute our knowledge, to be able to fight against COVID19. It is a great pride to present our project to you.

What I learned

I learned that challenges are the best in this life. It will have a great learning and will allow you to grow as a person and a professional. And that working with a team of different races and different sex. We promise to have different ways of thinking. Which allowed us to have an excellent innovative project.

What's next for AylluK'urama - T2 #HackTechCOVID

The name means Healthy People Ayllu = Town K'urama = Healthy Which is native, from the Aymara language. Well, our goal as a team is to consolidate our idea and improve it through the opinions of our main user, the Police and the citizen. After analyzing your comments and recommendations. We want to improve the functionalities of our project, at the same time we want to get support from our authorities. Therefore, in order to continue with our objectives, we will need the support of our compatriots and our authorities. There are many young people who want to improve our society with their innovative projects. Well, those young people are us, we just need the confidence and the opportunity.
